Ordering Online is Safe & Secure

The Baby Stuff® website is hosted on the Yahoo!Store platform and offers the highest level of privacy and security for our shoppers. Ordering online is safe and easy.

Privacy Policy

Any information that you share with Baby Stuff® including your name, address and credit card information are used strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order and to advise you of the status of your order. If you have any concerns or questions please contact us via email or call us at 1-800-342-2509.

Payment Options

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. The majority of purchases from Baby Stuff are gifts, therefore, we do not include the receipt with your order. A receipt is emailed to you immediately upon placing your order.

Gift Wrapping

We provide a gift wrap service at a cost of $5.00 to wrap your entire order in our classic Baby Stuff® two piece white gift box, adorned with our signature silver bell and fastened with either a blue ribbon for boy or a pink ribbon for girl. We include a complimentary gift card, custom printed with your personal message. Available during checkout!

Please note, gift wrapping availability is noted on the individual product page.

Rush It! Service

For your convenience, we offer a Rush It! service on select gifts which guarantees that your order will ship the very next business day - PLEASE NOTE, once you have selected our Rush It! service you will need to select from one of the four methods of shipping we offer: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. All packages are shipped via UPS.

Shipping and Delivery

Unless noted on the individual product page, all orders are shipped 3-5 days after you place your order. PLEASE NOTE, choosing an expedited shipping method only speeds up the shipping transit time - it does not expedite the time prior to shipping.

For your convenience, we offer four methods of shipping: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. All packages are shipped via UPS.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select charges are calculated at the time of check-out. Rates are calculated from Cary, Illinois and are based on weight and delivery address.

Note: please provide a complete and accurate address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will incur the cost to re-ship the item.

International Orders

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You may visit the UPS Tracking Page on their website to check the status of your delivery.

Order Cancellation

Most orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. However, if you need to cancel your order please call us the same business day 1-800-342-2509.

Returns and Exchanges

Baby Stuff cannot accept returns of custom products unless an item has been damaged during shipping or an error on our part has occured. If you need to make a return, please send an email to gifts@babystuffgifts.com or call us a 1-800-342-2509 within three days of receipt of your package in order to receive a return authorization number.

Please include your name, address, email address and order number. Once we are in receipt of the returned item, a new item will be processed and reshipped at no additional cost.

Product Availability

Our policy is to ship orders to the recipient once they are complete. If you would like items shipped as they are ready, we are happy to accommodate at a cost of $7.95 for each shipment sent UPS Ground or the actual cost to us if you request expedited shipping. If you would like a partial shipment, please let us know by adding your request in the Comment box provided for you on our check-out page.

New Product Submission

We are always looking for new products to add to our Baby Stuff® Boutique. If you are an artisan or manufacturer who sells sensational baby products, please contact us…we would love to hear from you!
