Unless noted on the individual product page, all orders are shipped 3-4 days after you place your order. PLEASE NOTE: choosing an expedited shipping method only speeds up the shipping transit time - it does not expedite the time before shipping on custom or personalized purchases.

For your convenience, we offer four methods of shipping: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. All packages are shipped via UPS.

Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. On the day your order ships you will receive an email from us with the UPS tracking number.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for all orders using Ground shipping within the United States. This rate applies to orders sent to one address. We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select charges are calculated at the time of check-out and are based upon weight, dimension and delivery address. Rates are calculated from Cary, Illinois.
